If the Kibeam Wand App is open but the Wand is not connecting to it, try the following:
1. Ensure Bluetooth on your smart device is turned on.
2. Ensure you've allowed Bluetooth permissions for the Kibeam Wand App.
3. Make sure the Wand is connected to the USB cable and a power source.
4. If the Wand is plugged in but the orbs are black, try turning it on while the app is open by pressing the Big Green Button on the Wand.
Once the connection is made, the orbs on the Wand will turn blue.
