If the Kibeam Wand App is open but the Wand is not connecting to it, try the following:
1. Ensure Bluetooth on your mobile device is turned on.
2. Ensure you've allowed Bluetooth permissions for the Kibeam Wand App.
3. Turn on the Kibeam Wand.
4. If the wand is still not being listed, try plugging in the USB cable to the Wand and a power source.
Once the connection is made, the orbs on the Wand will turn blue.
