What should I do if a Kibook is taking too long to add and doesn't appear to be completing the process?

If a Kibook is not adding to the wand, try restarting the App and resetting the Wand.

To reset your Wand push a paperclip in the small hole in back of the Wand. You should feel a click once the reset button is pressed. Do not use a sharp object as this may damage the wand.

Now try tapping the Kibook to add it to the wand.
